Through partnership, the organizations have successfully refurbished the Marvii Sonii Elementary and Junior High School library.
The school is located in Clara Town on the Bushrod Island, outside Monrovia.
Present at the dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, December 8 were the Administrators, Teachers, and Students of the Marvii Sonii School, the APM Terminals team, KEEP Liberia team and some officials of the Ministry of Education.
This collaborative effort aims to enhance the learning environment, improve reading skills and provide better educational opportunities for the students of the Marvii Sonii Elementary & Junior High School.
The positive impact of this partnership is not just limited to Marvii Sonii School.
It can be recalled that in 2021, APM Terminals Liberia, in collaboration with KEEP, sponsored the renovation of the William Kpolleh Public School Library. The initiative demonstrates the company’s commitment to improving education infrastructure across Liberia.
APM Terminals Liberia believes that education is the key to unlocking the potential of young minds and empowering them to shape a better future. By investing in the renovation of these schools, they aim to create an environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
This partnership is just the beginning of a long-term commitment to education in Liberia.
APM Terminals Liberia says it remains dedicated to expanding their efforts and making a lasting impact on the lives of students across the country.
