Police in Bong County have charged Representative Josiah Marvin Cole with Criminal Facilitations, Criminal Solicitation, Criminal Conspiracy, and Physical Obstruction of government function, police said.

The police added the lawmaker’s actions contravened Sections 10.2, 10.3 10.4 of Penal Code.
Reportedly acting on the lawmaker’s order, staffers of the District Three lawmaker early this month beat the Officer in Charge of the Gbonota Clinic, Allison Kollie, a member of the Unity Party, for “holding political meeting at the clinic”.
The Coalition of Democratic Change lawmaker was charged Tuesday, November 28 along nine of his supporters, including Willimina Willie, C. Tarwoe Walonfah and others.
