Monrovia — LOITA Capital Partners Liberia, HAVIT Inc and other industry players on Tuesday March 19, 2024, will host for the second time the AFREXIMBANK LIBERIA TRADE ROADSHOW to enhance the capacity of financial institutions in Liberia.

The event is organized by the African Export -Import Bank (Afreximbank) and the Ministry of commerce and Industry.
The event will be at the EJS Ministerial Complex and the theme for the event is Advancing Economic Development in Liberia through Trade.
Giving special remarks will be the Minister of Commerce and Industry Amin Modad, Ms. Liza Antwi, Country Manager of Loita Capital Libera and Mr. Vincent Iweanoge, CEO of HAVIT amongst others.
Minister of Finance and Development Planning Mr. Boima S. Kamara will serve as keynote speaker for the event. Also Mr. Eric Monchu Intong Regional Chief Operating Officer, Anglophone West Africa, Afreximbank and Mr. Wisdom Tawiah Manager, Client Relations, Anglophone West Africa, Afreximbank will provide feedback on activities in Liberia.
The event will focus on promoting trade within the African continent, with a specific emphasis on supporting businesses and institutions involved in trade to explore opportunities for trade financing and structuring support.
The event will feature discussions with government and business entities on funding initiatives aimed at increasing Liberia’s participation in intra-Africa trade. One of the highlights of the roadshow will be Afreximbank’s funding support for African businesses and institutions, with LOITA Capital Partners playing a critical role as the most convenient partner for entities and institutions seeking funding from Afreximbank within the African continent.
Financial institutions along with stakeholders in the trade industry are invited to participate in this year’s roadshow and take advantage of the opportunities available to finance and develop their businesses.
