Nurse Nancy Borbor testified in Criminal Court ‘B’ that in August 2023, Jessica Lloyd visited the hospital seeking pregnancy treatment. Borbor recounted that upon examination, Jessica was directed to the OB ward, where the pregnancy test came back positive.
Borbor’s testimony aligned with accusations from Jessica’s mother, Cynthia, who claimed that Jessica was pregnant with Richards’ child, alleging that Richards terminated the pregnancy by injecting her with an unknown substance. Richards has denied these allegations.
The revelation of Jessica’s pregnancy surfaces amidst accusations against Lucas Richards of injecting her, allegedly leading to the destruction of the pregnancy.
Prior to Borbor’s testimony, Cynthia reiterated that her daughter was carrying Richards’ child, but the pregnancy was allegedly terminated through injection.
According to the prosecution’s witness, Jessica regularly visited the hospital for medical check-ups, receiving pregnancy prescriptions.
Medical records confirming Jessica’s pregnancy were presented to the court. Dr. Charlie N. Kimpie from JFK Medical Center testified that Jessica was admitted on September 14, 2023, with head and neck pain, displaying lacerations. She underwent treatment and was discharged stable after six days of observation.
Dr. Kimpie emphasized the severity of Jessica’s neck injury, stating it was life-threatening, particularly concerning the trachea/esophagus.
The ninth witness, Ministry of Health Gynecologist, Dr. Deazee Saywon, testified to treating Jessica, confirming her pregnancy and subsequent termination due to bleeding. Dr. Saywon asserted that Jessica’s condition stabilized after treatment.
