The multi-purpose building system has various applications, ranging from warehouses, sports gymnasiums , private house and greenhouse. Accordingly QEB system is a system where pre-engineered column members are produced through fully automated roll forming machines with hot-dip galvanized steel structure.
Speaking during the ceremony, Robertson said QE24 Group actively fosters joint ventures and memorandums of understanding globally, spanning from various sectors including primary (raw materials), secondary (manufacturing), tertiary (services) and quaternary sectors ( knowledge).
He emphasized further that the company stands a prominent Liberia enterprise involved construction (infrastructure, industrial and building global trade and business development.
Accordingly , he emphasized that they strive to ensure practical solutions, forge authentic partnerships, and employ innovative strategies, consistently exceeding expectations in delivering value and excellence.
Said Robertson, “ Today’s gathering is centered around our QEB system, encompassing fully compliant safety systems, as well as decking and support structures. “
Adding, “ With our pioneering technologies, we encourage you to embrace these systems on a broad scale, facilitating construction processes with state of the art technology, reduce both time and costs.”
Providing detail insight of the product, Kim said the QEB system efficient, economical and system for infrastructure purposes. He stated further that JUNGWOO have an exclusive partnership with QE24 GROUP OF COMPANIES to promote, expand and distribute their business products not just Liberia but in the African markets.
Kim emphasized that the prefabricated lightweight steal structure can easily assemble and can be constructed onsite by simply assembling bolts according to the drawing using main material produced on an automated with various standardized brackets and auxiliary materials.
He explained that the product is advantageous as it reduces costs and shorten the construction period through quick and accurate construction.
He said, “Our computerized structural analysis and calculation program takes into account loading, weather and structural conditions in order to provide accurate design and economical estimates.”
“We leverage state-of-the-art computerized programs to analyze and optimize the dimensions of each construction material, ensuring strength and reliability in every project,” he said.
He indicated that they firmed believe in continued product development and offer clients, cost effective products, solutions and expertise, without compromise, to its global customers.
Stressing further, Varghese said the institution is specialized in manufacturing and supplying Industrial Handrails, Gratings, Deckings, Ladders, Staircases, safety components and support systems.
According to him, primarily, aluminum (Marine Grade 6082 T6) stainless Steel Grade 316 (A4) and galvanized Mild Steel materials are incorporated within their high quality of products.
“Over the past few years, we have provided many engineered safety solutions to many Reservoirs, Sewage Treatment Plants, Pump stations, Petrochemical and Desalination Plants around the world, he said.
He explained that the material used for the manufacture of the deckings have high tensile and excellent corrosion resistance properties.
He further stated the all of the aluminium deckings are supplied in an anodized AA20-AA25 finish, which prevents the risk of corrosion due to highly corrosive gases (H2S) and moisture.
“Anodising preserves the original surface texture and guarantees product durability for many years, he said.
