Monrovia- Former Bea Mountain FC head coach Robert Lartey has joined second division outfit Gardnerville FC after stepping down as Bea Mountain coach.

The experience coach left his post at Bea Mountain following lack of support from his backroom staff but has joined the second division outfit who is determined to gain promotion to the first division and win the second division league.
Gardnerville FC late Monday evening announced that they have agree a deal with Lartey who is noted for winning trophies.
The Club in a statement said “We are pleased to announce that Liberia’s current most decorated coach, Robert Lartey, has taken over the helm of authority of our club as HEAD COACH until the end of the season,”
“In a short term agreement signed today, the veteran Liberian coach was given a mandate to win the LFA Second Division championship.
Pela or Argentine, as coach Lartey is affectionately called, will commence work on Tuesday morning in his first training session at the TUSA Field.
Coach Lartey, a CAF License A Holder and a CAF Coaching Instructor, expressed overwhelming joy in joining one of Liberia’s best and most organized football clubs and promised to bring back the glorious days of Gardnersville FC.
With the signing of Robert Lartey, this means Acting Head Coach Souleymane Bah will return to his previous position as Deputy Coach.
