MONROVIA – The Liberty Beverages, a subsidiary to the Liberty Investment has launched one of its biggest raffle draw promotions that will allow winners to walk away with prizes to include, Cash prize of US$500 and scratch cards.
Other prizes to be won include soft drink packs, mobile phones, motorbikes, and Keh-Kehs by finding winning caps on promotional soft drink bottles labeled with the Lucky Cap logo.
The company says to win the cash prize of 500 USD, participants must collect caps that spell out the phrase “I love LIBERTY”.
The Director at Liberty Beverages, Aziz Barbar disclosed that the draw is open to individuals residing in Liberia aged 18 and over.
He said all employees of Liberty Investment Ltd, including their family members are not eligible for the draw.
“Anyone professionally associated with the campaign are excluded as well. The campaign will run from April 10, 2024, to June 30, 2024,” Aziz disclosed.
Aziz told journalists in Monrovia that Upon successful collection of the “I love LIBERTY” phrase, participants are automatically entered into a raffle for a chance to win an additional $2,000 USD.
The raffle is expected to take place on June 30, 2024 and will have one winner.
“Here is our collection of prizes for the draw: Soft drink packs and scratch cards can be claimed at designated partner locations, other prizes, including the $500 cash for “I love LIBERTY” phrase collectors, must be claimed at our Red Hill, Virginia, Liberia office on Fridays between 3 pm and 5 pm within 30 days after the campaign ends,” he disclosed.
According to Aziz said prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited, and phrase collectors past the June 30 deadline will be excluded from the raffle as well.
Mr. Barbar was quick to clarify that the Liberty Investment Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the authenticity of the winning caps.
“Any form of tampering will result in immediate disqualification,”
Mr. Barbar said by participants accepting prizes from the draw, winners consent to take part in promotional activities such as photo sessions and interviews.
He said If requested, winners must also sign a release form permitting Liberty Investment Ltd to use their photos and interviews for promotional purposes for public consumption.
He also disclosed that Promotional bottles part of the campaign are limited in count and may run out of the market before the campaign deadline on June 30, 2024.
Commenting on the issue of disputes, Aziz said Liberty Investment Ltd’s decisions regarding the eligibility and winners are final and binding.
He said Winners of motorized vehicles must hold the required licenses and skills as mandated by law to operate such vehicles.
“Liberty Investment Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the participation in the campaign or accidents incurred through the use of the campaign prizes,”.
He also noted that participating in the Lucky Cap Campaign and accepting prizes, individuals agree to abide by these rules and regulations provided by the Management of Liberty Investment Ltd.
