Joseph Nyumah Boakai, Sr and vice president-elect Jeremiah Kpan Koung, the Green Enviro Tech Consultancy have donated six wheelbarrows and other items to UP Volunteers for the upkeep of the city ahead of the January 22nd Inauguration.

MONROVIA – As part of an effort to give the country a befitting facelift for the inaugural ceremony of Liberia’s 25th President-Elect Amb. Joseph Nyumah Boakai, Sr and vice president-elect Jeremiah Kpan Koung, the Green Enviro Tech Consultancy have donated six wheelbarrows and other items to UP Volunteers for the upkeep of the city ahead of the January 22nd Inauguration.
Green Enviro Tech Consultancy Incorporated (GET) in collaboration with COP for JNB and JKK on Thursday donated six wheelbarrows, ten rakes, brooms, ten shovels, a pair of gloves, and nose marks, five bags of rice with US$100 for soup kinds to provide food for volunteers while working.
Jerroid Tidoe, donating on behalf of GET, said the donation is intended towards the ongoing cleanup campaign for the upcoming inauguration ceremony of president-elect Joseph Nyumah Boakai, Sr and vice president-elect Jeremiah Kpan Koung.
“As we all know, a clean city is more attractive, healthier, and safer for all residents. With that said, on behalf of GET’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Siaka Nuah who is currently in the USA, in collaboration with COP for JNB and JKK we have come to donate these six wheelbarrows, ten rakes, brooms, ten shovels, pairs of gloves and nose masks, 5 bags of rice and one hundred United Staes Dollars ($100) for soup kinds to help aid the task that everyone residing in Liberia will benefit from. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us a step closer to making a meaningful difference,” Tidoe said on behalf of GET.
According to Tidoe, Green Enviro Tech Consultancy Incorporated (GET) was established in December 2023 to provide water quality assessment, solid and liquid waste management, ecosystem restoration, and initiatives to address environmental challenges that promote sustainability.
Receiving the items on behalf of the Unity Party, the Former Youth Chair and current Assistant Secretary of the Unity Party Lassana Fofana lauded the effort of Green Enviro Tech Consultancy Incorporated (GET) headed by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Siaka Nuah who is currently in the USA for their effort ensuring the cleanliness of Liberia ahead of the inauguration of Amb. Boakai
Also speaking, Momo Johnson, Chairman of the COP for JNB and JKK, said their task to contribute to the cleanliness of Liberia was given to them as a way of showing love and buttressing the effort of the incoming government headed by Amb. Boakai to ensure a clean and green Liberia free of dirt.
