Monrovia- FrontPageAfrica has been informed by sources in the corridors of the Judiciary that Associate Justice Joseph Nagbe has sent an early notification letter to President Weah, informing him of his resignation.

Our source did not state when exactly will Justice Nagbe exit his Associate Justice post, but he is ready to send in the communication to President Weah.
Associate Justice Nagbe has since been battling illness since his appointment by President George Manneh Weah August 8, 2018, making it almost impossible to serve his position properly.
Judicial Law Title 17 of the Liberian Code of Law Revise, Substitution of Judge shall take place In the event of illness or other temporary disability of a judge.
However, Smith Toby, Deputy Presidential Press Secretary to President George Weah, has informed FrontPageAfrica that the information remains strange until he can do a proper verification.
“I don’t have information on that and cannot tell whether there is a communication on the president’s desk about that. I need to check with the Protocol’s Office on that, but the president has not spoken about that. Until he speaks about that I cannot tell you whether there is a communication about that,” Toby told FrontPageAfrica.
Meanwhile, FrontPageAfrica is still following the details of this information.
