MONROVIA – More than 38 lucky Orange customers have a lot to celebrate about this Christmas season as they are winners of the Orange Money Christmas Zagga Reloaded promotion. The promotion started on October 14 and has given away a whopping total of 1.6 million Liberian Dollar worth of shopping to daily winners at the Harbel Supermarkets and an additional total of 4.1 million Liberian Dollar in weekly cash prizes. Orange Liberia’s Communications and Marketing Chief Officer Mr. Noel Chateau revealed that the promotion had been very successful, several of the winners being new Orange Money customers who had registered and been using the service in the hope of becoming lucky winners.

The Orange Money Christmas Zagga Reloaded is being run by Orange Liberia for the second year in a row and has generated more excitement this year. This year, the company has given away an astounding 5.7 million Liberian Dollar in the shopping spree and the weekly cash prizes. “Entering the promotion was simple,” said Mr. Chateau who went on to explain: “Orange Liberia subscribers simply had to have an Orange Money account and use it for any kind of transaction and recharge at least $1 to be entered into the raffle. Every single week day since October 14, we have been calling live on radio winners who gathered every Saturday at a different Harbel supermarket branch to a shopping spree where they had one full minute to put whatever they wanted into their shopping carts.” Mr. Chateau explained that every week, the one of the five winners whose shopping card was closest to US$300 was awarded 10 times the value of the contents of their cart in cash via Orange Money.

Eight individuals have won the weekly cash prize including Ernest Gohn from Brewerville, Sailay F Duanah from Margibi, Alfred Dulleh from Bardnersville, Bin S. Massaquoi from Bong Mines Bridge, Henry S.
