The little girl has struggled in her community, because she is disabled and finding a school which did not tolerate bullying or discrimination, and gave her the chance to learn in a supportive environment, was a challenge. Foya District, Lofa County – There was grieving across Foya District in Lofa County Thursday as residents marked the 45th birthday of their late lawmaker, Eugene Fallah Kparkar. Kparkar, a former student activist and a graduate of the University of Liberia, died on November 10, 2016 in India while undergoing advanced treatment.
