LNTTA Set To Induct New Leadership
Monrovia – The newly elected president of the Liberia National Table Tennis Association (LNTTA) has revealed that members of his administration will be inducted into office on January 19, 2023 at the headquarters of the association on Broad Street.

Mr. G. Gbassay Golee and members of his LNTTA new administration were elected on December 17, 2022 and the others are Wennie Klimeh Vice president, for Administration, Jacob Cooper, Vice president for Technical Affairs, J. Siaquiyah Davis, Vice president for International Relations, Lammie Freeman Secretary General and Mennie M. Klimeh Financial Secretary.
Golee is therefore calling on members of administration to now focus their attention on how to help revamp the spirit of the game of table tennis so that they can regain their association contact with the world governing body of table tennis.
Mr. G. Gbassay Golee stressed that members of his leadership have put together several tournament as part of their administration plans to reawaken the spirit of the game of table tennis in the country after their induction program.
He continued that the tournament is organized by his leadership and sponsored by a veteran table tennis athletes based in Germany which is back home with four big trophies for the tournament to be played among youth athletes of the association in honour of their current and the winner and runner up will walk away with trophies and cash prizes.
Says Mr. Golee: “After our induction into office on January 19, 2023, we are going to have a two-day Unity and Memorial tournament for our currant and falling table tennis veterans and fortunately for us, one of our international based veterans in present Mr. J. Siaquiyah Davis who was elected as Vice president for International Relations and is currently back home has presented to us four trophies and those trophies are going to be used for our Unity and Memorial tournament.”
The association boss underlined that the tournament would get underway on January 20 and would end on the 22nd, 2023 at the headquarters of the LNTTA on Broad Street and six active athletes are expected to be part of the tournament and called on table tennis enthusiasts to come and be part of the tournament and to also see for themselves some of the latest development members of the new leadership have carried on for the growth of the game and its athletes.
