Monrovia – The search for Liberian football talent continues across Europe, Africa, and beyond, with sports promoter Abel Thomas once again discovering a rising star. This time, it is Sulahmana Mamadu Bah, a dynamic striker making waves in the Maltese BOV Challenge League.

Born on May 28, 2001, in the United States to Liberian parents, Bah has quickly established himself as a key player for Zurrieq FC, where he plays as a point striker. Having joined the club from Faroe Islands’ B71 Sandoy FC on August 1, 2024, Bah’s contract is set to run until June 30, 2025, with the option for an extension.
At just 23 years old, Bah has emerged as one of the fastest-rising talents in the Maltese league. In only 13 appearances, he has scored 9 goals and provided 2 assists, placing him as the third-highest goal scorer in the BOV Challenge League.
His impressive form has earned him recognition, and he is quickly gaining a reputation as a clinical striker with enormous potential.
