Monrovia – The Inter-School Sports Association (ISSA) has set December 30th as the deadline for registration schools to participate in the upcoming 2022/2023 league.
According to ISSA president Garyonleweh G. Zepu, unlike in the past when the league delayed to start and end, he does not want such to be repeated, so schools that will not meet up with the deadline will not participate in the upcoming league.

Mr. Zepu in an interview with FrontPageAfrica explained that the association started the registration process in November 2022 and will be completed on December 30, 2022 and the league is expected to kickoff early January of 2023.
He stressed that the registration process is progressing based on the interest schools are showing and hopes that other schools with intentions to participate in the league can do it soon now because after the stimulated date for registration they will not accept any school.
“We are making this call to schools that want to be part of ISSA 2022/2023 league but have not yet carry on their registration must now do so before December 30, 2022 deadline because the association will not accept late registration from any school because we want to start the league and end it’s at the scheduled dates.
The ISSA boss appreciated the defending football champions Jireh Solid Foundation High School from Harper City, Maryland County, and the basketball champions Grace Baptists High School of Monrovia, Montserrado County for their excellent display during the 2021/2022 league season.
He is there urging schools that have completed their registration process to now start their preparation for the league.
