We regret to announce the death of Mrs. Della Irea King Reeves (Te Dell) on Saturday, September 4, 2022, at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland, USA.
The late Mrs. Della Irea King Reeves leaves to mourn her loss, her children: Shirley Collette (Kish), Caesar Reeves (Bessie), Windell Reeves (Wanneh), Angela Bedran (Sami), Robertetta Augusta Reeves, Kymberline Zeblay (Alex), Denise Reeves; Glynis Reeves; several grandkids; her sisters – Clementine Vincent and Annie Smith; her brother – Caesar King; a host of several foster children, relatives, friends and mentees in the United States, Liberia and worldwide.
The late Mrs. Della Irea Reeves King served in various civil service and professional educational roles over her life – National Election Commission of Liberia (2006-2010), Firestone Plantation Company (1975 – 1990, 1998-2002), UNICEF Sponsored Projects for Abused Women & Girls (AWAG) (1993-1995), College of West Africa (1967- 1974), Monrovia Consolidated School System -MCSS (1967- 1974), St. Theresa Convent (1961- 1962).
