Liberia: CPP to Probe Martin Kollah, Others over Missing US$70k

MONROVIA – The Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) says it has launched an investigation into the missing US$70,000 that was intended to fund the December 17, 2022 ‘We Tiya Rally’.

The CPP, in a statement, stated that the missing fund was reported by Deputy Secretary Martin Kollah who was the custodian of the money before its disappearance.

Mr. Kollah announced that the money was stolen by his driver by the name of Simeon G. Davis.

The CPP, at the same time, has called on the Liberia National Police to also handle its investigation into the matter with utmost urgency so as to bring the alleged culprit(s) to justice.

The CPP urged anyone having knowledge of the missing money or the whereabouts of Simeon G. Davies, to contact the CPP Secretary General, Mr. Aloysius Toe.
