Monrovia – Deon and Noed International, an adult tax advisory and HR consulting company, has officially launched in Liberia. The company, which operates in seven countries, opened its office in Liberia on Thursday, March 9th, 2023, marking a significant milestone for the company and the community it serves. Named Deon & Noed International (DNI) – Liberia, LLC., the audit, tax, advisory, and HR company promises to offer its professional services to businesses and organizations of all sizes.
The official grand opening event was held at the forecourt of the company’s new Liberia office, located behind Sinkor Palace (formerly the Millennium Guest House) in the Divine Town community, Oldest Congo Town. The event was attended by a wide range of high-profile guests, including the President, executives, staff, and members of the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA), the Director General of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), and all his deputies, representatives from NASSCORP and Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA), the Ghana Ambassador to Liberia, the President of the Ghana Professionals Association, partners and staff of other audit companies, the Managing Director and Executive Director of Ecobank, representatives from GT Bank, SIB Bank, government officials, other professionals, friends, families, and some members of the general public.
During the opening ceremony, the company’s founder, Dr. Chris Sokpor, indicated that the DNI vision first started in 2009 and was initially legally registered with the Liberia Business Registry. However, DNI Liberia became operational in 2018. He also mentioned that DNI currently has a presence in seven (7) countries, including Liberia, and is duly registered as a member in good standing with LICPA, LRA, and NASSCORP. The company has two partners (Dr. Chris Sokpor and Mr. Verleewo N. Siakor), directors, managers, consultants, associates, and interns.
According to Dr. Chris Sokpor, DNI’s vision is to become one of the elite audit, tax, advisory, and HR companies in the world. He also stated that DNI’s mission is to grow its people and clients. The company’s team of auditors, accountants, tax, and HR consultants bring years of experience to the table, having worked with a wide range of industries, including NGOs, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, financial services, etc.

During the keynote address by the senior partner, Dr. Chris Sokpor stated that as part of its corporate social responsibility, DNI Liberia is supporting the LICPA to sponsor females who are interested in becoming accountants and auditors in Liberia through its LICPA ATS Girls Scholarship Project to improve the ratio between females and males in the profession.
The official grand opening of DNI Liberia has been welcomed by the professional institute, government agencies, and the local business community, who see the company as a much-needed addition to the country’s growth efforts. Also, speaking at the program, the President of LICPA, Mr. Victor S.B.K. Tanwone, Sr. stated that “DNI is here to stay, DNI is here to commit, DNI is here to make an impact, and DNI, I believe, will integrate the market decisions.”
