Monrovia – A staff of the House of Representatives has been charged and forwarded to the Monrovia City Court following an accusation of threatening two ladies who allegedly gave him blowjob in his vehicle.
According to Police charge sheet, one of the ladies identified as Hawa Williams and her friend identified at Patience were awaiting a commercial vehicle to drop them home. While waiting, they said, the defendant came along driving a vehicle marked HOR-76 and allegedly offered the ladies a ride home.
The Police charge sheet said when the defendant reached around Vamoma House, he allegedly requested Hawa and her friend to have fun (oral sex) with him in the vehicle.
The Police said after the defendants and complainants were done having oral sex, Wesley Toe began to complain that his cell phone was missing during the process, accusing Hawa Williams of being in possession of his mobile phone.
As argument ensued over the missing phone, the Police said one of the girls got down from the vehicle to urinate. While urinating, Police charge sheet says Toe sped off and drove his vehicle with the complainant to the beachside of 17th Street.
According to the Police, when the defendant drove the car to the beach, he opened the trunk and allegedly took out a cutlass, threatening to harm the complainant if she did not produce his cell phone.
However, the Police said the plaintiff remained defiant but the defendant told her that he had a gun in his car and was going to shoot her if she did not get down from his vehicle.
During that process, Police say a private security guard who was assigned nearby ran to the scene and prevented the defendant from causing further bodily harm to the plaintiff as he saw a cutlass in the defendant’s hand which prompted him to immediately call the Police.
Police said its investigation established that the defendant after having fun with the complainant in his vehicle, he made claims that his cell phone went missing. However his claim of firearm onboard his vehicle was false as the vehicle was searched and nothing of sort was found.
“In view of the foregoing facts and circumstances coupled with evidence adduced as well as witnesses statements and the defendant voluntary admission, the Police resolved to charge the defendant Wesley Toe with the crime of terroristic threat and endangering another person which contravenes chapter 14, section 14.24 of the revised penal law of the Republic of Liberia pending court trial,” said the Police charge sheet.
Defendant Wesley Toe was released on bail when he was brought to the court by the Liberia National Police (LNP) after being charged with Terroristic Threat and Recklessly Endangering another person following a complaint filed by one of the two ladies.
He is expected to reappear at the Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice for hearing at a later date based on a notice of assignment to be issued at the Magisterial Court.
