MONROVIA- Radio Entertainment Limited (REL) a renowned radio gaming raffle betting company, has presented One Million Liberian dollars to Emmanuel Cooper, a resident of Clara Town, Bushrod Island, as the highest winner of its on-air lottery program on Freedom FM and other radio stations.

CEO of Radio Entertainment Limited on Tuesday in the compound of Freedom 87.9 FM presented a whopping One million Liberian dollars to Emmanuel Cooper as a testament to people who have been doubting whether the program is real.
The CEO of REL Reindorf Haligah said Emmanuel Cooper, the winner of the one million Liberian dollars only played once and today he is a millionaire just from using one dollar fifty cents (US$1.50) through mobile money to play the Radio Entertainment Limited golden jackpot radio program on Freedom 87.9FM.
He also extended thanks to the National Lottery Authority (NLA) and the management of various radio stations that have the radio online.
Also speaking, Emmanuel Cooper, winner of the Radio Entertainment Limited (REL) golden jackpot One Million Liberian Dollars, expressed thanks to God for winning the golden jackpot one million Liberian dollars just from playing once on Freedom FM.
“I want to encourage everyone out there that this is real for everyone to play and be a lucky winner like me who just played with US$1.50 and today I’m a millionaire,” Cooper said.
In remarks, on behalf of the National Lottery Authority, Kelvin Campbell, Director of M&E, lauded REL for their impeccable role geared towards shifting the well-being of several Liberians who are involved in a game of chance or lottery.
