The music landscape has greatly changed as this generation of musicians continues to create vibes of their own, unlike anything you have already listened to. This is because there’s a mélange of many different sounds and melodies. Therefore, it has caused a shift in what defined music in yesteryears. Nevertheless, among this generation of talent introducing a sound of their own is A-Woods, a cloud nine-tone lyricist who is in a league of his own and is leading the pack among his peers.

A-Woods is a passionate and driven singer who is gradually spiraling his way to the top of the music industry. Coming from a humble family, Woods was curious about the art and craft of music-making and singing from a tender age. As a teenager, Woods knew music was his ultimate destination and would seek a long-term career in the music industry with a pure intent to make meaningful music that would resonate with his fans. Like a thief creeping at night, A-Woods is stealthily achieving his long-held dream of success in the music industry.
The budding artist, whose talent stands out, has released several songs since his inception into the music industry. Woods, who secured his first major collaboration on MC Caro’s debut album, will release his sophomore song, “Mouah Yonbeh” on July 05, 2024. “Mouah Yonbeh” The title Mouah Yonbeh came from a popular Liberia dialect “Bassa” which means “Happy People” in English. This song was inspired by the local Liberian traditional sound (Gbema).
“I wanted to create a happy/family party friendly song that will bridge the gap between the old, the young and everyone in between, but to also push the authentic Liberian sound to the non-Liberians who listen to my music”— A-Woods.
