Mr. Nyemah noted that Linda Glover has since its formation continued to produce some of the best brains in Margibi County and Liberia at large in education and morality.
He assured the public that the school will continue to produce great men and women in society through its teaching and extracurricular activities.
Mr. Nyemah made the comment over the weekend during the fourth commencement convocation of the institution after successfully passing the West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE).
According to him, the School registered a total of sixteen 12th graders for the 2024 edition of the public exams with thirteen making a successful pass thus qualifying them for graduation.
During their graduation on Sunday, October 20, 2024, the Linda Glover Principal expressed happiness over his institution’s constant success in the exams over the last four years.
Mr. Nyemah attributed these successes to the hard work and commitment of his instructional staff who he said have been defying the odds to teach their students the right materials.
He assured the public and their international sponsors, John and Linda Glover that the school will continue to stand tall amongst educational institutions in the country when it comes to performance.
Delivering a special statement on behalf of the board of directors and administration of the institution, Mr. Nyemah congratulated the graduating seniors on the successful completion of their studies at the school.
The Linda Glover Principal said the graduation comes at a time when the education sector of Liberia was in dire need of positive change makers.
Mr. Nyemah therefore encouraged the graduates to step out in the society as champions of positive change by rightfully applying what they have acquired from the classroom during the course of their studies.
He further cautioned the graduates to form part of the country’s solutions and not the problems.
“Be a solution and not a problem, live out what you have taken in, don’t expect instant change, work harder to introduce change, don’t be a conformer, be a transformer,” he said.
The Linda Glover Christian Foundation High School was established by the Church of Christ Mission and the Linda Glover Christian Home which originated from the township of West Point, Monrovia, Liberia.
The School has grown to be one of the best senior high schools in Liberia due to its consistency in inculcating academic excellence and moral discipline in students.
