Monrovia – Cassell Kuoh, Chief Executive Officer of FC Fassell, has expressed pride in being invited to address Liberian students in Rwanda.

Kuoh, who is also a presidential aspirant for the Liberia Football Association (LFA) in the 2026 elections, will serve as the guest speaker at an event on March 28, marking the fourth anniversary of the Liberian Students Association of Rwanda (LIBSAR), Nyanza chapter.
The event will primarily focus on sports, with Kuoh’s speech highlighting his contributions to sports development in Liberia. His leadership at FC Fassell has been a key part of his work in advancing Liberian football.
A release issued on Saturday, March 15, detailed that Kuoh was selected for his influential role in Liberian football and sports development.
“We are delighted to announce that Mr. Cassell A. Kuoh, the esteemed CEO of NEEV-Liberia and FC Fassell, will be joining us live in Rwanda to celebrate LIBSAR’s fourth anniversary,” the release stated.
“The leadership of NEEV and FC Fassell has made a remarkable impact in both sports and philanthropy. Under Kuoh’s guidance, FC Fassell has become one of the most organized clubs in the nation, breaking records along the way,” it continued.
Expressing gratitude for the invitation, Kuoh said, “It is an honor to be chosen among many Liberians to address the student community in Rwanda.”
He emphasized the vital link between sports and education as a catalyst for Liberia’s national development.
“The collaboration of sports and education is the way forward for our country, and I am grateful to the institution for considering me as their guest speaker,” he added.
