According to reports, a 43-year-old man was traveling from Grand Kru to Monrovia. On their way, he asked the driver of the land-cruiser jeep with plate number A-655283 that he wanted to attend to nature.
According to our Nimba County correspondent, the incident occurred on Tuesday, Feb 26 at about 4pm.
And since he went into the nearby bush, his whereabouts is yet to be established.
Some of the passengers on-board told our correspondent they came from Maryland County while the ‘missing’ man joined them onboard from Grand Kru County to travel with them to Monrovia.
Two of the passengers, Emmanuel Jackson and Ernest Doe, told our correspondent that when they arrived in Karnyee on the Ganta-Saclepea highway, the 43 man, whom they identified as John Yeameah, asked the driver that he was jammed and wanted to ease himself in a nearby bush.
FrontPageAfrica was informed by those passengers on board that when they had waited for over 30 minutes and Yeameah could not come they got concern.
Ernest narrated further that all of them (passengers) began to panic and when they couldn’t find him, they informed the townspeople, who, too, joined them in the search before officers of the Liberia National Police in Saclepea arrived later to join in the search.
The manhunt has gone for two days and there is yet no trace of the 43-year-old.
