GBARNGA, Bong County – Students of the Bong County Technical College (BCTC) are calling for the resignation of the institution’s Vice President for Administration, James Saybay, following the circulation of an alleged nude video on social media.

The explicit video, widely shared in online chatrooms across Bong County, appears to show Saybay masturbating during a video call with an unidentified female.
Saybay, however, has denied being the person in the video, claiming it is an AI-generated clip intended to tarnish his reputation.
“I will take legal action against anyone found sharing that video,” Saybay warned, stating that it is a deliberate attempt to damage his character.
Despite his denial, the video has sparked ridicule among students, who have reportedly nicknamed him “Weapon.” Sources on campus say Saybay has become a source of distraction, with many students mocking him openly.
The controversy has drawn attention from local leaders, including members of the Bong Legislative Caucus, though most declined to speak publicly.
However, Bong County District #3 Representative Marvin Cole described the video as a “disgrace” to BCTC, urging the college’s administration to act swiftly.
“You can’t have someone of that calibre still employed at the college,” Rep. Cole said.
The BCTC administration has not issued any official comment on the matter.
Meanwhile, students are reportedly organizing a protest demanding Saybay’s removal from his post. Tensions have further escalated due to Saybay’s recent disciplinary actions against students wearing sleeveless clothing on campus, which has drawn criticism amid the scandal.
