Confident Insurance Brokers Inc. and Activa International Insurance (Liberia) Limited have officially signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)–a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing service delivery and exploring new opportunities within the insurance industry.
Speaking at a brief signing ceremony over the weekend, Austin W. Gahr, ACTIVA Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), emphasized that the collaboration is rooted in mutual respect, shared values, and a strong commitment to excellence.
By combining their strengths and resources, both institutions are well-positioned to develop innovative solutions, enhance service quality, and meet the evolving needs of their clients.
Gahr welcomed the collaboration with optimism, noting that there is a clear vision for the future.
“Today marks the beginning of a journey where two esteemed institutions unite to share a common vision, one that seeks to elevate the insurance landscape and deliver exceptional value to our clients,” he said. “This partnership represents not just growth, but a reinvigoration of the industry. Confident Insurance CEO, Tyrone S. Weedee, expressed enthusiasm and gratitude during the ceremony, stating that he and his team were glad that the agreement was sealed.

He emphasized his company’s commitment to upholding industry standards, regulatory compliance, and collaborative innovation in alignment with government and Central Bank ‘s regulatory guidelines.
