Liberia Maritime Authority Commissioner, Lenn Eugene Nagbe MONROVIA – The Commissioner of the Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA), Lenn Eugene Nagbe, has told FrontPageAfrica that the authority is working assiduously with Russian counterparts to have the Liberian flagged vessel, SMARTA, released unconditionally to its owners.
