President Sirleaf Admits Richelieu Dennis Into Most Venerable Order of the Knighthood
Monrovia – President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has admitted Mr. Richelieu Dennis into the Most Venerable Order of the Knighthood of the Pioneer with the Grade of Knight Commander and described him as an “Awesome Hero”.
“Liberia has few awesome heroes; especially, those willing to take risk and put themselves at risks,” President Sirleaf noted
According to an Executive Mansion release, the Investiture Ceremony took place in the C. Cecil Dennis Auditorium on Thursday, December 28, 2017 amid huge turnout of senior government officials, diplomatic missions accredited near Monrovia, family members, well-wishers, among others.
The Liberian leader recalled his distinguished contribution of almost two decades – emphasizing the reconstruction and democratization of Liberia.
She thanked Richelieu Dennis for his contribution and for lifting Liberia.
The Liberian leader, who is also the Grand Master of the Order of Distinction, said those who select goals that seem almost possible are committed to the ideas they perceive from the position they take.
Responding, Richelieu Dennis said it was a great honor for him to be honored by the President of Liberia adding: “Madam President, thank you for more than what I can imagine”.
He pledged to wear pride, honor and gratitude.
He assured President Sirleaf of his commitment in working with other young entrepreneurs of life Liberia.
